The BFSC 100-500M single-mode green laser is a high-efficiency, reliable, and maintenance-free series of single-mode continuous green lasers developed by BCX Laser. lt features water-cooling, a wavelength range of 530-534nm, and offers higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, lower power consumption,and superior beam quality. Additionally, it is compact in design, equipped with rich interfaces, and supported by powerful hardware and software functionalities, making it ideal for system integration. This laser is particularly advantageous for processing high-reflectivity metals such as pure copper, copper alloys and aluminum alloys. lt is suitable for applications in cutting and welding of high-reflectivity metals, dissimilar metal welding, and 3D printing of high-reflectivity metals in industries like new energy vehicles.

With a wavelength of 532nm, it features a lower divergence angle and a smaller focused spot, enabling precise processing, especially suitable for high reflectivity materials like copper and its alloys.
