The BFSC M Series high-power water-cooled continuous fiber lasers, with power ratings ranging from 1000W to 6000W and a wavelength range of 1070-1090nm, not only offer higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, and superior beam quality, but also feature a compact structure, rich interfaces, and abundant and powerful hardware and software functions, making them easy to integrate into system equipment. Low energy consumption, accurate power output: The electro-optical conversion efficiency can reach up to 43%;The power linearity is excellent,with the output error in each power segment not exceeding 1%.
Powerful functions, fast light emission: Customized optical output modes are available, with various red light controls, power configurations, and on/off modes. The light emission delay is short, and the system can achieve 0-100% light emission within microseconds.
Compact structure with rich compatible interfaces: The device is small in size and supports four control methods: external control interface, network port, RS485, and RS232. lt also supports the Modbus protocol.
High safety: Multiple protection functions, full closed-loop status monitor ing, and complete logging functions are provided.

Power compensation and ramp control: Superior power linearity with active compensation; >20% power reserve and ±1% output accuracy. Allows adjustable energy ramp-up/ramp-down at weld start/end points for smooth arc transitions, significantly enhancing corner weld quality.
Waveform editing function: Edit arbitrary waveforms via host software for precise laser parameter control, optimized energy utilization, and improved processing accuracy, quality, and efficiency—enabling complex applications.
Powerful, safe, and fast: Custom optical output modes with multiple red guide/power/beam switching configurations; comprehensive protection, full closed-loop monitoring, and complete logging; ultra-short beam-on delay (0-100% in microseconds).
