    Laser welding of positive and negative electrode plates
    In the project of a battery industry giant, the customer needs a solution system for laser welding of positive and negative electrode sheets and PCBA pads for small lithium batteries, and the system can also be applied to the welding of positive and negative electrodes between the pole and the cell. The system requires high material compatibility and high welding quality. The overall yield of the welding scheme is required to be ≥99.9%, and the power stability is required to be ≤±0.5%. With its research and development and production experience in the laser field, and its long-term deep work in the industry, Baochenxin Laser has launched a consumer small lithium battery electrode laser welding program, which has the advantages of high quality laser output, high power, high efficiency, high reliability, long life and other advantages, and has been highly recognized by customers.

    Laser welding of power battery structure
    In a power battery project, the customer is faced with the inevitable pain points such as splashing and internal pores in material welding, and Bao Chenxin's laser solution with double beam (ring spot) laser as the core device is solved. In the scheme, the DBW ring spot laser is selected as the laser, and the ring spot design is adopted. When welding the power battery shell, the high power density spot of the inner ring with small spot can be used to act on the workpiece to generate the keyhole and obtain sufficient welding depth. The outer ring is used to provide more energy to the weld pool in the welding process to increase the width of the weld and extend the closing time of the keyhole to help the gas escape from the weld pool, thus reducing the porosity of the weld.

    Laser welding of power battery adapter
    In a customer project, a power battery adapter needed to be laser welded. As a key component connecting the battery cover plate and the battery cell, the power battery adapter must meet the requirements of overcurrent, strength and low splash of the battery at the same time, so in the welding process, there needs to be enough weld width, and no foreign matter falls on the battery cell to avoid the abnormal short circuit of the battery.
