The HMB series laser is a high-efficiency, high-performance high-power fiber laser developed by BCX Laser. It features water cooling, a wavelength range of 910–980nm + 1070–1090nm (multi-wavelength), and a compact structure. It also has expandable programming interfaces. Multi-wavelength Composite Optical Path
The 1080nm and 915nm multi-wavelength optical path increases the width and depth of the weld seam, significantly reduces the reinforcement height of the weld seam, and improves the surface formation quality of the weld seam, making the weld seam surface flatter.
High Power
Total power output of 3000W to 8000W, with flexible adjustment of the output beam mode parameters, effectively reducing or even eliminating welding spatter.
Good Welding Quality
The core beam can achieve deep penetration welding, while the peripheral beams can create a more gradual temperature gradient around the keyhole, making the keyhole more stable during welding.
