    Laser lossless scribing project
    In a project, the use of laser lossless scribing scheme, instead of the traditional lossy cutting (laser slotting + mechanical splicing) process, no micro-cracks, low thermal damage, compatible with PERC/TOPCon /HJT and other mainstream battery. In the traditional way, the slice of the conventional half/imbricated battery adopts laser thermal cutting, that is, the melting groove is formed on the battery through the focused laser spot, and then the breaking force is applied externally. This method is easy to bring micro-cracks in the cutting section and a large heat affected zone on the battery surface, which may bring greater efficiency loss for the laminized HJT battery. Lossless cutting (laser slotting + laser splicing) technology can use separate laser irradiation or paraxial irradiation light path to induce cracks in the battery and extend the crack, which can reduce the hidden crack, is expected to reduce the efficiency loss of the component side by 0.05%, and also help improve the production yield.
