The BFPT 30–60M-1.1 (air-cooled miniaturized) is a series of high-efficiency, high-reliability, and highperformance miniaturized MOPA pulsed fiber lasers developed by BCX Laser. The pulse width is flexibly adjustable from 2 to 500ns, with a peak power as high as 10kW and a repetition rate up to 4000kHz. It is an ideal laser source for precision laser processing and is widely used in applications such as black marking on alumina, color marking on stainless steel, flying marking, chip marking, solar silicon wafer scribing, and laser deep engraving.
